IT Governance Manager
IT Governance Manager with exceptional COBIT knowledge required to develop a risk based IT Governance framework across the business in order to successfully reduce risk.
The IT Governance Manager will come from a Risk, Controls or Audit background and play a key role in business strategy, including risk management approaches, frameworks and technologies.
The IT Governance Manager will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills as they will often engage with IT leaders within Information Security, Data Protection and Group Risk to ensure full legal compliance of company's privacy and data protection policies, procedures and notices.
The IT Governance Manager will serve as the SME for best practice in the execution and delivery of IT Risk Management while advising and contributing to the design and implementation of an appropriate first line IT Policies, controls and frameworks.
Strong and demonstrable experience of implementing IT Risk Management Frameworks are required along with good appreciation of information security, compliance and business continuity standards such as ISO27001 and PCI DSS. COBIT experience is absolutely essential and the successful candidate will be a COBIT subject matter specialist.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a focus on innovative presentation of financials to a wide audience
- Experience of influencing stakeholders to ensure the best outcome is reached for the benefit of the organisation
- An engaging, approachable, self-motivated and hands on individual
- Ability to solve problems innovatively and action ideas quickly

Successful candidates will have the following skills
- Must have at least 2 years of Calypso experience
