IT Service Desk Analyst

Our financial services client is looking to recruit an IT Services Desk Analyst to provide a single point of contact for all staff in relation to IT issues and incidents. The successful candidate should provide exceptional standards of support to all customers and support a variety of products, services and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain the desktop, telephony and application infrastructure so that it is supported and failures minimised
  • Log, analyse, triage and prioritise all IT Incidents, Problems and Changes received via all communication channels into the team
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams to ensure new systems and changes to existing systems are implemented efficiently and on-schedule
  • Assist with covering the supported hours via the desk and phone
  • Troubleshoot and manage the configuration of the existing technical capabilities to ensure that business requirements are met

Required Skills:

  • Solid experience in IT operations and service delivery management & project management experience
  • ITIL Foundation V3 is essential
  • MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) is preferred
  • A / N Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of service desk / issue logging tools

    £300 - £375 per day

    SEO Web Optimization Developer

    Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Web Optimization Developer to join the team based in the London.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • The client needs a technical resource who has hands-on knowledge and expertise on web optimization tasks.
    • The requirements of the job will be to conduct comprehensive technical audit of client's products and highlight significant issues & optimization problems.
    • Frame an implementation plan for solving each of these issues with clear steps.
    • Implement the solution either directly or by working closely with the client's engineering team.
    • Understand and track the results of web optimization efforts and turn them into actionable items.
    • This position will focus primarily on website optimization.
    • An ideal candidate will have experience with Web Optimization best practices, SQL and Google Analytics along with some knowledge of web development and communication skills

    Required Skills & Experience:
