Tier 1 Investment Bank in The City seeks an enthusiastic Java Developer to join their Regulatory team working on a greenfield project. They will have the opportunity to work amongst outstanding Core Java developers and learn many new skills both technically and in the business.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn or improve their Big Data skills and use the latest technology. This role will be perfect for a detail oriented individual who has both high expectations from their own work and their teams as it is important the job is done to a high standard.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen at an insurance company based in the Reading area. They are looking for an IT Business Analyst to help with a number of projects that will improve systems and processes for their rapidly growing business.

    Therefore it is essential that all applicants have prior IT Business Analysis experience working on insurance projects (life and pensions or general insurance), ideally within an Agile environment.

    As these are Business Analyst positions you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis –

    • Write specifications

    • Conduct gap analysis

    • Requirements gathering

    You will also be liaising with a number of key stakeholders and separate business functions within the organisation, this is where your Insurance and Agile knowledge will be utilised.
