Who are we looking for?

The Lead DevOps engineer role at Tide is a blend of coaching, nurturing and hands-on engineering. What we look for in you:

  • At least 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Passionate about automation, build pipelines, release trains, infrastructure-as-code, IaaS, PaaS and all things DevOps
  • A servant leader attitude
  • Adept at coaching software engineers in the principles and tools of DevOps to enable them to become self-sufficient
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, Bitbucket, Jenkins and JVM. Terraform is desired.
  • You have built large-scale applications in the cloud supporting millions of customers, preferably running on the JVM at the back-end with both mobile & web apps
  • Can demonstrate expert level proficiency in one or more of the usual DevOps scripting languages like Groovy, Python or shell scripting
  • Experience building DevOps teams from the ground up in a high-growth business
  • Exposure to Agile principles, processes, and practices
  • Bonus points if you have SecOps skills or exposure to security projects and/or big data experience

    I am currently looking for an experienced Agile QA Coach Test Manager to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    The QA CoachManager is responsible for the Governance & QA oversight across the Agile delivery teams with their allocated domain. The QA Coach needs to understand the needs of the Agile teams, ensure the QA Practice evolves to support the Agile teams.     Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, ideally SAFe
    Demonstrable experience managing, implementing or working on complex changes from one the perspective of either BA, Dev, Test or Ops.
    Ability to deal credibly with business and technical users at all levels of the organisation
    ITIL Framework/ ISEB Certification
    Automation across the SDLC
    Agile, DevOps & SAFe methodologies/certification
