Are you passionate about Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and making it a core part of the agenda within an organisation?

I am seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Lead to drive a cohesive organisation strategy around diversity & inclusion initiatives ensuring that they align closely with the talent strategy and maximise and optimise a diverse workforce, working effectively with the communications division. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

As an organisation diversity & inclusion is a core part of the agenda and my client is seeking someone who is able to come on board and ensure the organisation is a thought leader in this space. The role will involve exposure up to board level working closely with them to develop and implement successful diversity agendas in line with core business objectives. You will lead the full implementation of this strategy across the business and they will be seeking an individual with a highly commercial and creative and innovative approach to set and define best practice in this area focused on all dimensions of diversity.

The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and weave it through all of the talent and HR programmes within the organisation.

You should have a strong passion and drive and experience of leading and defining the D&I agenda within a complex matrix fast paced business and be an innovator within this space.

  • Quant Analyst (FX Cash)

    This is a Quantitative Analyst position within the FX quant development team which is responsible for developing and supporting the mathematical models and analytical tools used by the global FX business to facilitate trading, risk management and product development.

    • Development and enhancements to Quant Libraries and FX Pricing
    • Enhancements of IR/FX curve construction for G10 and EM currencies within curve analytics.
    • Timely support to trading and agile development of new features for E-Pricing and Risk management systems.
    • Optimization and improvements to Pricing and Risk analytics.

    The role focuses on the interfacing of the quant libraries and will require frequent interaction with the London based trading team and regional heads.

    Technical Skills required:

    • Strong C++ experience (Visual Studio 2017, preferrably)
    • Knowledge of the standard pricing models used for pricing, valuation and risk within the investment banking industry, experience working on FX and Rates products is preferable
    • Familiar with trading and risk management systems and processes
    • Excellent communication skills

  • Financial Crime and Compliance Lead
    £100000 - £130000 per annum

    Compliance Officer and MLRO leading the Financial Crime and Compliance function for a Trade finance house in London with International officer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Form the compliance function and manage the compliance risks of the Group globally.
    • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls.
    • Evaluate compliance risks on transactions and propose solutions.
    • Monitor compliance with compliance policies and procedures.
    • Deliver training and updates on compliance matters to staff globally.
    • Remain abreast of compliance developments, advise Senior Management and with the MD implement the necessary procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Raise awareness of compliance risks and contribute to developing the culture.

    Experence required:

    • Trade finance experience will be advantageous.

  • Pricing Manager (Insurance)

    JR444 – Pricing Manager – Financial Services – Permanent – West Sussex - £65000 - £75,000 + Bonus/Benefits

    Our client is a well-regarded financial services organisation who are looking for a talented Pricing Manager to join the business.

    The post holder will have the opportunity to work as part of a small team and lead the implementation of the retail pricing strategy. The individual will need strong pricing experience covering pricing strategies, framework, pricing changes, pricing tools and pricing reviews. You will also build and maintain predictive models and hold ideally have experience of SAS, Emblem, Radar, Excel and advanced statistical techniques.

    Working in a regulated environment from the insurance space or retail financial services is essential.

    To be considered:

    • Demonstrable pricing management experience from Insurance. Consumer financial services considered

I am seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to cover a maternity cover with a leading Investment Management organisation. They are seeking a highly credible, commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner to support the client group on all aspects of the people agenda and drive through strategic HR projects.

£500 - £550 per day

I am seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to cover a 6 month interim contract to support the HR Partners and key business stakeholders on all aspects of employee relations, policy and legislation within an investment management organisation.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective manager of ER-related risks (legal, financial and reputations for employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, litigation case management, restructures/reorganisations and performance management
  • Act as the internal escalation and expert on all aspects of ER and build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all ER strategy, policies and processes are compliant with legislation and tie in effectively with both commercial and functional HR requirements
  • Apply and utilise ER metrics to offer sound solutions and manage risk
  • Assist with project management that may include M&A activity or reorganisation exercises as required, including any related redundancy exercises

Key skills & experience required:

  • Qualified up to degree level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner with substantial ER experience
  • Extensive experience of UK employment law and/or working as an employee relations specialist within the UK, in a fast paced business environment, working within Investment Management or Financial Services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement with excellent consultative skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and skills to take meaningful information and interpret to support the business

Workday Manager - Recruiting 12 month FTC

£65000 - £85000 per annum

Seeking a Workday specialist with high level expertise on the Workday Recruiting platform for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is with a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management around Workday – Recruiting. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system for Talent Acquisition including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Workday for optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Business project sponsors to bring definition to Talent Acquisition systems projects; create project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements and timelines.
  • Design solutions and build system configurations to support Talent Acquisition requirements
  • Analyse and assess impact of Workday releases and modify systems as necessary around payroll, absence and time tracking.
  • Test planning, implementation and follow-up for configuration changes and systems enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal HR and Talent Acquisition for system improvements and create innovative solutions and system enhancements
  • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data integrity.
  • Act as Subject matter expert on all Workday Recruiting platform queries

Experience required:

  • Extensive expertise in managing Workday Recruiting platform in a global environment with meaningful experience of configuration / build experience
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, configuration, calculated fields, and security
  • Demonstrable experience of working with Talent Acquisition operations as a systems expert working on multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
  • Demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools, and best practices
