I have an exciting role to join a well-developed Learning & Development function within an established fashion and home retailer as a Learning & Development Consultant. The role will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of blended learning programmes reporting to the Learning & Development Manager for the Retail business line. This is a great opportunity to make an impact as the organisation is in the middle of undergoing huge change and transformation and is seeking someone who can embed forward thinking learning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Training Needs Analysis, Evaluation and Support Activities
  • Engaging with business leaders and core stakeholders to ensure Learning Programmes are fit for purpose and aligned to business objectives
  • Design and delivery of blended learning solutions to include classroom training, facilitation, coaching and utilisation of social & digital learning platforms
  • Learning programmes required will include behavioural, technical
  • Design and regularly update all learning materials in line with operational standards and brand with a strong customer service focus at the heart of all the materials
  • Research best practice materials and industry information to develop best in class learning programmes

You will have the following experience:

  • Experience in the full range of learning & development support across the full cycle i.e. needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation within Fashion & Home Retail.
  • The ability to deliver blended learning solutions
  • Experience working within a learning function within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines and work at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication skills
