I am seeking highly commercial Learning & Development Business Partner to develop and deliver the learning strategy within a forward thinking function. Learning has undergone a huge transformation as they seek to make the function more agile and fit for purpose seeking to embed truly blended innovative learning. They are seeking a high impact learning professional who can work in conjunction the various business heads to drive a high performing culture through learning interventions working with a very senior client population.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and design and develop the learning and development strategy across the line of business
  • Deliver blended learning solutions and curriculum to drive excellence that are fit for purpose globally
  • Support talent management initiatives through learning interventions
  • Facilitate internal development workshops
  • Develop training evaluation methods to show ROI
  • Manage responsibility learning interventions engaging with third parties and the broader team to ensure the curriculum is best in class

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:

  • An experienced learning & development professional who has excellent relationship management skills with high level credibility and knowledge of learning interventions.
  • Have demonstrable experience in working with your aligned business function to deliver blended learning interventions at all levels within an organisation.
  • Have excellent communication skills with a strong coaching style and ability to engage and drive performance.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and resilience to working within a changing environment will be key to success

  • Business Analyst
    £38000 - £46000 per annum + Additional Benefits + bonus

    Job Purpose:


    To support the business workstream(s) through the change lifecycle from the capture of ideas and identification of issues to implementation and cut over on change initiatives ranging from small incremental change to large step change.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business workstream members and form a strong and effective team dynamic
    • Capture information from the business workstream about new ideas

  • Company Accountant
    Up to £45000 per annum

    The Role

    • The successful candidate will manage all financial operations for the UK subsidiary, and report into the Finance Manager at the Head Office in France.
    • Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the accountant’s day-to-day work.


    Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries with Cost Center allocation to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
    • Prepare vendor payments
    • Review of expenses submitted by employees
    • Manage payroll process and liaise with our UK payroll provider
    • Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries
    • Prepare inter-company account reconciliation
    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
    • Update financial data in Netsuite to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
    • Prepare, reconcile and analyse monthly management accounts
    • Prepare monthly/yearly closings (accruals/prepaid expenses…)
    • Take responsibility for ensuring all documentation is in place for auditing purposes
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts
    • Manage any accounting projects if needed (process implementation)


    Requirements

    • 3-5 years commercial experience
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably finance
    • Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices
    • Strong accuracy skills, with impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
    • Can work well autonomously and within a team
    • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Excel skills - vlookup, pivot tables
    • Knowledge of Netsuite (ORACLE) is an advantage for candidates

  • Application Support Analyst (Windows/ IIS)- Insurance- Contract
    £400 - £450 per day

    I am currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst (Windows/ IIS) to join a top insurance organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.



    Principal duties and responsibilities:

    Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the application suite

    Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implement fixes as required

    Provide assistance to other IT support teams for issues

    Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long term solutions

    Work closely with the Database Administrators and Storage teams in relation to incidents, capacity management & service improvements

    Technical liaison with vendors as required

    Provide on-call support on a regular basis, working in a shift pattern

    Essential skills/experience:

    Experienced Application Support Analyst

    Windows Enterprise Operating Systems (Windows 2003 and above)

    Managing web applications (IIS/Application Server Roles)

    Networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

    Database connection methods (Oracle, SQL)

    Supporting web-based applications

    Good understanding of:

    Source Control Management

    Scripting (especially PowerShell)

    Citrix environments and application delivery via Citrix

    VMWare / Virtulisation

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Contract

    £400- £450 per day
