Legal PA
We are hiring an experienced and professional Practice Executive to join a prestigious Law company in the city, to work for their Real Estate Deparment.
This role will play an integral part in their business, supporting several partners and practice heads in the team.
DUTIES:
- Extensive diary management for all Executives.
- Travel arrangements, preparing travel itineraries, lunches, etc.
- Preparation for meetings, i.e., board packs and presentations.
- Communication with the clients directly, screening and taking all calls.
- Monitoring inboxes.
- Attending client meetings and taking minutes.
- Document preparation for pitches and client meetings, undertaking research when needed.
- Billing
- Preparing client invoices
- Assisting with small client events, liaising with the events team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Extensive experience as a Legal PA/Legal Secretary or PA.
- Extensive experience within Legal & Real Estate is required for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in all MS, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Billing
- Experience with Minutes.
