The experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach will join at an exciting period of growth for the company. Therefore it is essential that all applicants have prior experience of working on Software Development projects. You will also have exposure to working in an Agile environment (preferably with some knowledge of Scrum).

As this is a Scrum Master/Agile Coach position you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis

  • Lead teams through the SDLC
  • Work with Project Managers
  • Facilitate team ceremonies
  • Manage customer expectations and relationship;

You will also be liaising with a number of key stakeholders and separate business functions within the organisation, which is where your Agile, Software Development and IT knowledge will be utilised.
