I am seeking an experienced TUPE specialist for 3-4 months to provide full end to end support to a TUPE transfer projects predominantly in the UK but also potentially in Europe also. As an employee engagement manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing my client’s employee engagement survey cycles according to the needs of service. You will be working closely with key stakeholders across different functional teams and employee levels as well as their third-party survey technology provider. They are looking for an individual who is able to analyse and identify trends, prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders to drive forward their employee engagement plans. You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR change and will be sitting with a team of 3 but it is a standalone role. However, because of the nature of the role, naturally you will also be in contact and will have to liaise with other HR colleagues and stakeholder teams.

It is an end to end process whereby you will be required to define what the survey would look like and develop the questions for the survey and working with the suppliers to get the results pulled together and the reporting done.
