Our client, a large global Investment company, is now hiring an experienced Team Assistant to join them on a 12-month FTC.
The ideal candidate should possess experience working on trading floors as a PA/Team Assistant within blue-chip organisations.
Duties:
- PA support, including extensive diary management, organising meetings and conference calls which are internal and external, coordination of team diaries, and production of meeting agendas.
- General administrative tasks, including arranging couriers, sorting post, screening calls, taking messages, filing, ordering stationery, and dealing with telephone queries
- Extensive travel arrangements
- Organisation of meetings and training sessions
Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Team Administrator
- Experience working on busy trading floors within blue-chip environments
- Excellent diary management skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent use of all MS packages, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organisation
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Friendly and professional working attitude.
Paying £57,500, this role will require a candidate to be in the office four days a week!

A well known aviation business is seeking a permanent Business Development Manager to support the delivery of the EMEA B2B revenue income targets through proactive sales approaches.
The Business Development Manager will:
- Identify and close: To research, identify, approach and close new sales opportunities within the EMEA region.
- Collaboration: To work with colleagues internally to support the presales process (pitch presentations etc).
- New client mobilisation: To support the new client mobilisation process.
- Tenders / RFPs (request for proposals): To search for tendering / RFP opportunities that could be of interest from a new business client perspective.
- Conferences / trade events: To drive lead generation through attending appropriate industry conferences, trade shows, events and expositions.
Ideal candidate:
