Our client a Magic Circle Law Firm looking for a Senior Project Manager, to join the organisation working on key IT Change and Transformation programmes.

The Snr Project Manager must have experience working on a Practise Management Systems Implementation. If they have experience working with Elite 3E (Elite Entreprise Edition) intApp Open or any other legal practice management systems implementation this will be highly advantageous.

There is alot of exciting transformation taking place at the organisation. The Contract run until Jun 2018 at the minimum.

Key Requirements

  • Senior Project Management experience
  • Experience with Practice Management Systems implementation eg "Elite 3E" or "Intapp" etc.
  • Experience working on Technology Change and/or Business Change implementation in Global Transformation Projects
  • Some exposure to Risk and Compliance processes exposure
  • Legal or professional services background -ideal

  • Internal Auditor
    £45000 - £65000 per annum

    They are looking for an Auditor to join their team as, at present, it is outsourced to the Big 4. This is a stand alone role, which has excellent progression and exposure to senior stakeholders in the UK and China as well as exposure to different areas of the business. The candidate should have strong Internal Audit experience as well as being fluent in Mandarin as there will be lots of communicating with the Head Office.

    The Internal audit Function provides internal audit for the London branch fulfilling the third line of defence and review of the branches business operations. This role will grow into a SMF role in 2 years’ time.


    • Carry out risk based audits across the business and other projects as assigned by senior management, to provide assurance that material risks faced by the bank are being adequately managed;
    • Execute and help to develop the London branch Internal audit plan;
    • Support the continual development of the internal audit methodology;
    • Audit various business areas of the bank in line with strategic instructions;
    • Assess, identify and report any issues of weakness within control and devise remediating solutions for any issues found;
    • Work alongside internal departments to analyse issues and formulate resolutions
    • Ensure our internal audit process and reports are aligned with local regulations and Head Office’s requirements;
    • Other Ad hoc duties as required


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
    • Minimum 2 years internal audit / internal audit experience gained within banking environment, ideally within international branch;
    • Exposure to wholesale and corporate banking activities;
    • Good report writing and communication skills;
    • Demonstrable good understand of audit and up-to-date technical knowledge;

    The Successful Applicant
    The successful candidate for this role will have the following exposure:

    • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIA qualified preferred, or working towards these qualifications;
    • Working experience in top auditing firm viewed favourably but not essential;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
    • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • Results and detail focussed.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Willing to do international travel to our other offices when required, though not frequent

My client is a tier 1 bank seeking a Recruitment Manager for Global Banking for a rolling 6 month contract with likely extensions. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the operational execution of end to end recruitment to Global Banking for the EMEA region.

Fully accountable for delivering to the hiring numbers required by the divisions, you will both proactively manage and undertake hands-on recruitment activity to ensure needs are fulfilled.
