A leading financial services organisation and pension provider are currently recruiting a Functional Business Analyst to join a growing team who are about to embark on a new, large-scale programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop with the role and help strategically shape the project

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3-5 yrs' experience in Business Analysis
  • Retail/corporate banking experience
  • Strong grounding in structured business analysis techniques (certification preferable)
  • Proficiency in process analysis and TOM implementation
  • Effective communication to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working on business transformation projects
  • Experience of business process improvements, implementing change
  • Experience in all aspects of the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Ideally Pensions Administration experience but not crucial
