My leading commercial bank are looking to bring on a PMO Planning & Reporting Manager to work across a Transformation portfolio to help transform the way the business currently delivers change.

Role Requirements:

  • Manage the overall PMO planning & reporting - this person needs to understand & manage the end to end the processes across the transformation portfolio.
  • Work to enhance reporting governance and tools (e.g. data quality, governance, processes and tools). Must ensure they are fit for purpose, easy to update and provide the necessary depth of information.
  • Support the stakeholders in portfolio delivery - track portfolio development/implementation and manage and deliver on-time and on-budget.
  • Provide leadership on programme outcomes, ensure scope of work is managed under change control and the progress is well documented to support exec decision.
  • Will be contributing to - reports, governance models, processes design and set up, stakeholder communication and relationship management strategy and content.

Candidates must have experience in:

  • PMO of complex programmes/organisations.
  • Using different reporting tools and setting up governance.
  • Commercial banking experience
  • Strong BA skills (problem solving, info gathering & analysis)
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • Practical experience managing change initiatives.
