The Data Resilience Senior Manager role is responsible for supporting the Group Head of Data Resilience in driving & establishing the Data Resiliency agenda. Successful candidates will be experienced in leading teams of subject matter experts and taking ownership of strategic initiatives across key Data Resilience workstreams:
The Data Resilience team is a new chapter within the Chief Data and Analytics Office. It has the responsibility to define and embed new Strategies, Operating Models and Control Frameworks to protect the Banks critical data services that our customers, colleagues and the market rely upon. The Data Resilience team works hand in hand with the Groups Centre of Excellence for Operational Resilience, which co-ordinates the overall response and alignment with the join Regulatory requirements for operational resilience established by the Bank of England, FCA and PRA.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of data at rest architectures and how applications interact and exchange data.
- Experience of data regulations for Operational Resilience and Data Management (FCA Operational Resilience, DORA, BCBS, GDPR).
- Proven experience line managing subject matter experts, developing talent and advancing team members towards their career objectives.
- Ability to simplify and present complex ideas to a diverse stakeholder group.
- Experience organising and running effective Governance Forums, Working Groups and or Design Authorities
- Expert communication and stakeholder management, able to operate across organisational boundaries and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills, with the ability to prioritise what matters.

A well known aviation business is seeking a permanent Business Development Manager to support the delivery of the EMEA B2B revenue income targets through proactive sales approaches.
The Business Development Manager will:
- Identify and close: To research, identify, approach and close new sales opportunities within the EMEA region.
- Collaboration: To work with colleagues internally to support the presales process (pitch presentations etc).
- New client mobilisation: To support the new client mobilisation process.
- Tenders / RFPs (request for proposals): To search for tendering / RFP opportunities that could be of interest from a new business client perspective.
- Conferences / trade events: To drive lead generation through attending appropriate industry conferences, trade shows, events and expositions.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have the ability to identify and close new business sales opportunities
