My client is seeking a talented Digital Strategy Manager to join the team in a newly created opportunity. Significant investment across digital and continued growth make this financial services client one of the most exciting businesses to work with in the City.

You will work as part of the wider digital function and be responsible for managing several ongoing programmes, your responsibility is to make sure these projects move seamlessly, teams are collaborating and being brought into complete actions as well as advising and counselling key stakeholders across the business.

The postholder will need to have a broad experience across digital but importantly be keen on pursuing or have experience in a more strategic opportunity, very little of this will be hands on. A strong understanding of Data and Insights important as this function will be a key relationship.

The individual will quickly be able to establish strong working relationships, identify opportunities to improve and progress projects, work to challenging deadlines and comfortable working in a complex business and its associated challenges.

To be considered:

  • Experience working in a strategic capacity ideally within a consultancy
  • Broad experience of digital, understanding how this all comes together
  • Strong understanding of Data & Insights
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Builds strong relationships with various stakeholders and collaborates with other functions
  • Able to navigate through a complex organisation

    You will:

    • Experience of working on an e-commerce website in a competitive consumer/retail vertical.
    • Experience using HTML, CSS and some UX knowledge would be useful.
    • Experience using a project management system like Trello or Jiro
    • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be reactive when necessary
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
