Our client is an online fashion platform who are recruiting a PPC Specialist.

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a small team and make a real impact on a rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers by communicating brand value across multiple channels.

You will have experience managing the optimisation of paid search campaigns and drive performance in line with the business ROI targets. Knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads will be essential along with the ability to get the most out of these platforms.

You will be able to build strong relations across the business and work effectively with multiple teams many of which are data driven.

To be considered:

  • Experience working for a ecommerce company or digital agency with clients who have experienced growth
  • Solid Paid search experience, able to manage own workload, develop a plan and execute
  • Test, collect and analyse data in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report and manage PPC campaigns
  • Implement strategies and tactics to improve average positions across all activity
  • Solid experience and understanding of Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Good understanding of digital landscape, able to identify next big technologies and emerging platforms
  • Excellent key stakeholder management experience, able to build strong rapport across the business and work closely with multiple functions

  • Internal Auditor

    They are looking for an Auditor to join their team as, at present, it is outsourced to the Big 4. This is a stand alone role, which has excellent progression and exposure to senior stakeholders in the UK and China as well as exposure to different areas of the business.     Responsibility

    Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
    • Minimum 2 years internal audit / internal audit experience gained within banking environment, ideally within international branch;
    • Exposure to wholesale and corporate banking activities;
    • Good report writing and communication skills;
    • Demonstrable good understand of audit and up-to-date technical knowledge;

This role will be supporting the Group Head of Reward Delivery to deliver advice to the business managers. The role will require someone who has enough experience to work autonomously and contribute significantly to compensation analytics and advice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation of compensation plans, that are consistent with both the banks philosophies and business needs
  • Work collaboratively with the other members of the global compensation team, to both plan a deliver the year end compensation cycle
  • Work with advisors and Group Head of Reward Delivery to ensure that the business units are adequately supported through the cycle
  • Manage compensation based projects
  • Provide both analytical support and advise on compensation projects
  • Provide compensation related training to HR advisors and business units

The core competencies are:

HRIS Analyst

I am seeking an HRIS Analyst for a permanent role within financial services with a solid background working within the HR Systems space preferably with exposure to Workday and BrassRing. The role will be the subject matter expert on all HR systems with a focus on support for business processes, reporting and application support activities.

Key duties:

  • Function as internal consultant to HR community and senior stakeholders to all HR systems support, problem resolution, data analysis, generation of reports and system administrator tasks.
  • Provide 1st level support for employees and managers for system functionality enquiries
  • Work with users of the Workday and BrassRing systems to resolve system and interface queries
  • Ensure proper training and documentation is available for end users and/or operations team
  • Work with HR and the business and third parties to recommend improvements to systems and processes
  • Work with the corporate function on the implementation of Workday conducting regression and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data on the systems administering all system updates
  • Work with HR and the business to understand core stakeholder requirements from an HR MI reporting perspective and create and rollout appropriately
  • Implement and maintain the application of the LMS


Essential knowledge, experience & expertise:

  • Considerable experience of working as HRIS Analyst, with a minimum of at least 2 years working with Human Capital Systems such as Workday, OracLE, Peoplesoft or SAP.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR solutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to HR systems and end users.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
