UX Designer - £60,000 - London

A fast- growing FinTech start up in London is looking for a UX Designer to join their product team. Paying up to £60,000 you will work out of their Shoreditch based offices in a collaborative team that offers a mixture of strategy, brand, marketing, visual design and development expertise in-house.

Working with the product development team you will be responsible in providing a seamless experience for our platform users. You will work with the product team to translate concepts into user maps, wireframes and mock-ups that people in their business can understand and clients can feedback on for their core products and platform.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years of UX design experience.
  • UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their design principles, brand and company
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams, customers and external stakeholders or partners.
  • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
