CRM Analyst (BI)

Our client, a trendy global music company is seeking an experienced Analytics Analyst to join the team based in the London.

Main duties and purpose of the role:

  • Responsibility for the Account Managed side of the business globally
  • Providing business intelligence and analytics to the business, including commentary and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Working with the business to create and maintain KPIs and metrics to drive teams forward
  • Analysing historic trends, benchmarking performance and making recommendations for future planning and forecasts
  • Helping to grow the use of analytics and data across the business

Preferred experiences:

  • Solid CRM experience (B2B)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience at using Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
  • Advanced SQL
