Dynamics CRM Tech Lead

Our client, a banking group is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead to join the team based in the London.

Main duties and purpose of the role:

  • Review and interpret business requirements user stories and develop technical solutions
  • Will work to ensure the platform remains stable and compliant
  • Work with the business to understand their needs and priorities
  • Work closely with Architects, applications and support teams to ensure the platform and any solutions therein remain supportable
  • Guide junior technical resources

Preferred experiences:

  • Strong experience of working within an Agile SCRUM delivery environment
  • Strong communication skills and a personable manner are essential, as is the ability working with staff at all levels.
  • Strong experience of the development and customisation of the Dynamics CRM platform and plugins
  • Direct experience in the management and customisation of Dynamcis 365
