Our client is currently in a period of growth and as such are looking for a qualified Head of Commercial Finance Transformation. This role will be the product owner for the current and upcoming projects while agreeing on the structures and definitions as well as the delivery and operating model design

Job purpose

  • Integral to the role will be Business Partnering to senior stakeholders across the full breadth of the group driving commercial performance through the planning cycle
  • You will be responsible for driving commercial finance transformation and evolution throughout the group by leading key group commercial finance initiatives on a roadmap to modernise the commercial finance capability to a leading centre of excellence, developing their commercial frameworks to support profitable growth


Tasks

  • Leading the planning budget & forecasting processes for the group.
  • Owner of Board and Exco Commercial Finance Transformation deliverables
  • Key member of commercial framework transformation project team, Leading initiatives, managing & delivering change management workstreams such as target operating model determination, development of commercial controls such as a pricing tool, project profitability reporting and closed loop utilisation model.
  • Commercial training materials group owner.
  • Chairs virtual commercial change and transformation team


Profile

  • Ability to establish strong internal relationships across the business, particularly with key stakeholders: Budget owners, partner group & senior finance team
  • A leader with a flair for inspiring and developing others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a focus on innovative presentation of financials to a wide audience
  • Experience of influencing stakeholders to ensure the best outcome is reached for the benefit of the organisation
  • An engaging, approachable, self-motivated and hands on individual
  • Ability to solve problems innovatively and action ideas quickly
  • Ability to define profit drivers and support the Business to improve and maximise returns
  • The ability to educate, support and challenge the commercial financials within regions and teams
  • Provide practical solutions and risk mitigation
  • Extensive pricing and commercial performance improvements
  • Ability to drive organisational change and transformation
  • Strong business acumen, must be solutions driven, customer focused, strong influencer and negotiator whilst demonstrating a flexible approach
  • Track record of successful role in transformation projects
  • Working within regional structures and collaboration with Regional FDs


Qualifications

  • 5 years+ post qualified experience (ACA, ACCA, etc)
  • Transformation experience in a Finance environment
  • Consultancy background would be preferable but not essential

    I am seeking an experience HR Administrator for a permanent role in a fast paced client within the financial services sector. This role will be supporting the HR function on all HR Administrative aspects for the 200 strong business and the successful candidate will highly organised and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the full onboarding and offboarding process.
    • Maintain and develop HR databases encompassing the full employee lifecycle.
    • Assist with the documentation for transfers, employment and those leaving the company.
    • Retain employee records and ensure they are updated.
    • Support the team with any projects and advise on HR queries
    • Provide support with the recruitment process.

    Desired Experience:

    • Prior experience of working as an HR Administrator within a small financial services organisation
