Senior Analyst - NRFB, Europe FP&A
Our clients existing European bank will be split into a UK Ring-Fenced Bank ('RFB') (the UK retail and commercial banking business) and the Non-Ring-Fenced Bank ('NRFB'), (the UK investment bank plus the organisations European operations). The role holder will support the production of internal reporting information for the NRFB.
Roles and responsibilities are set out below:
The team is high profile, with frequent exposure to the Europe CFO, the Head of FP&A, Europe Head of Strategy and other senior business leaders.

Core Accountabilities of the Project Accountant

The Operational Due Diligence team is a core part of our client's Post Merger activities group. The team is comprised of over 50 London-based professionals who provide operational diligence, integration and separation services to client companies. The team supports transactions across all industry sectors, and have worked on some of largest and most complex integrations, separations and joint ventures.
You will assist private equity, corporate and banking clients in maximising value from their investment and lending transactions, utilising your experience of performance management and operational improvement.
Although based in our client's London office, travel will be required for external client based projects. Clients will be varied, and vary in location. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and overseas clients.

Our client's Product Control department is responsible for product control reporting within the EMEA region. The team is made up of eight Product Controllers, each reporting on specific business lines. This role will cover the daily and monthly Product Control duties for our client's treasury function.

What we are looking for
You will be a newly or part qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) and will be able to demonstrate exposure to property accounting under UK GAAP. In addition you will be able to demonstrate confidence in core accounting skills with a strong and confident ability to challenge a range of financial data. You will possess first class communication skills and an ability to quickly understand and act on questions raised by clients in a timely manner. This will be a highly visible role and so requires someone with an approachable personality. Please note that due to the nature of the business that the daily start time for this role is 8am.
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is beneficial but not essential.
Senior Finance Business Partner
The role reports to the Head of Finance and is part of the Business Finance and Performance team. The purpose of the position is to partner the Technology Division, supporting the senior stakeholders with financial decision making driven by, evaluation, planning, forecasting and reporting.
This will be a highly autonomoous role, and the role holder will be expected to display superlative business partnering skills right up to CEO level. The ability to communicate with board level stakeholders will be crucual.
