One of the responsibilities of the Group Regulatory Reporting team is the Pillar 3 Disclosure, which includes:

Producing and analysing the Group's Annual and Interim Pillar 3 Reports, which are required to meet external reporting requirements, mainly driven by: Capital Regulation Requirements (CRR) Part 8 disclosure articles, EBA guidelines and industry best practice.

This report, and other internal supplementary reports provide insightful, business-led analytical review of the disclosures to support senior management and Committee approval, prior to the report being uploaded onto the Group's website.


Reporting to a Senior Manager, Group Regulatory Reporting, the responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Lead on the physical update of the Pillar 3 Document (the preparation and production thereof)
  • Assisting in stakeholder management; receiving feedback and updates from stakeholders and senior management to flow through the document.
  • Supporting colleagues from the Group Regulatory Reporting team and Group Regulatory Policy team throughout the process.


  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Detailed knowledge, and proficient in 'Word', 'Excel'
  • CDM (IBM Cognos Disclosure Management) application experience would be desirable. (Otherwise, on job training will be provided)
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • The initiative and curiosity to highlight/flag potential issues.
  • A high level of commitment and enthusiasm.
  • Interpersonal and team working skills, able to grasp new concepts
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment and cope with the demand of working to tight deadlines.

    Data Administrator

    Our client, a financial services group is seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join the team based in the London.

    Major duties and responsibilities of the job

    • Analyze data collected from clients and 3rd party sources to isolate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain a single data source which underpins the application and other future services.
    • Identify enhancements with a newly defined data administration process with the intention of 1) reducing potential for data discrepancies impacting clients and 2) streamlining the data administration process.
    • Work with Sales, Analytics, Product Management, On boarding, ETL, App Support, and IT Admin in accordance with the “Client Data Administration Process”.
    • Manage a minimum of two Data Administration resources responsible for supporting analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance of data.
    • Engage with clients, custodians, and third party providers as needed to resolve questions on data discrepancies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Competencies required for successful job performance

    • Expert level knowledge of SQL (SQL-92 or variants e.g. T-SQL, PL/SQL)
    • Advanced Excel, proficient MS Office
    • Strong analytical skills and experience
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Financial Accountant

Role Purpose
To collect complex financial information from the bank sites throughout the world and prepare consolidated results for the organisation for reporting to Senior Executive Management and externally.
To prepare reports for Senior Management, to provide consolidated financial information, analysis and commentary that fully describes and explains the financial performance of the Group.
Assist in driving financial reporting process improvements delivering efficiency gains.
