Seeking an experienced interim HR Business Partner who has supported a technology client group or worked as an HR Business Partner within a technology business undergoing change. I have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a strategic and pragmatic individual to support this client in undergoing change within this function on an interim basis for a 9 month contract initially with potential to extend.


Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective for the Technology function, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession and development and leadership.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner with sound experience within an HR partnering role supporting technology a global, matrix environment.

As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:

  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
  • Have supported either a technology client group or worked in an HR role within the technology sector previously
  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR generalist role preferably on a global basis
  • Experience of managing change and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • High level influencing and communication skills

  • Payments and Cash Management Lawyer
    £350 - £500 per day

    Senior Legal Counsel, Global Liquidity and Cash Management– 6-month contract

    Our client, a tier 1 global banking group, is looking for a Payments and Cash Management Lawyer looking at digital payments and ecommerce. They position will be Senior Legal Counsel within their (GLCM) area. It is a 6-month contract position offering £350 - £500 per day. The role is based in London.

    Responsibilities

    • The role will focus on contractual matters surrounding liquidity and cash management and you will be required to undertake negotiations
    • Collaboration with GLCM’s documentation and sales team will also be required
    • You will provide legal advice, support and legal risk management to payments and cash management eChannels area within the organisation

    Skills and experience

    • Qualified lawyer
    • Experience within financial services law, particularly banking
    • Advantageous to have compliance and corporate experience however not necessary
    • Specialist and detailed knowledge and experience in corporate trust and fiduciary risk

    McGregor Boyall are representing our client, a principal player in the outsourcing market. We are on the hunt for an ambitious SQL experienced analyst to join a small MI team. This role will join the team on a journey of change, redesigning databases and ETL processes and implementing new applications and therefore you must be passionate and up for a challenge!

    You will play a key part in shaping the MI and BI, therefore giving the opportunity to make an impact on a growing department and business.

    • Minimum of 2 years commercial experience using SQL Server 2012 or above
    • Strong experience using T-SQL for BI and reporting
