We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation that that invests heavily into the development of its people, giving you opportunity to progress your own HR career.

As a HR Business Partner in this international organisation, you will support business leaders who manage large, complex client groups that have volume HR so you will need to enjoy working at pace and managing multiple HR needs. You will not be working alone as you will have the support of a highly collaborative team.

If you have HR Business Partner experience with solid foundations as a HR Generalist, enjoy working at pace, and have experience of partnering with senior level stakeholders this is the perfect opportunity.

  • The role will partner with business areas and subject matter experts to deliver the people agenda which is aligned to the business strategy
  • To work with the business area to build capability and capacity with the line managers
  • Support on organisational change
  • Support on the establishment of talent management and succession planning
  • Provide guidance and solutions to enable greater efficiencies such as the use of technology and global collaboration

Experience

  • Previous experience as a HR Business Partner in large, complex organisations with large client groups and volume HR needs, ideally a contact centre
  • Experiencing of significant transformational change supporting and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in leadership management
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and influencing
  • Excellent employee relations experience
  • Sound Talent Management experience
  • CIPD membership or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions

  • .Net Developer - Outside IR35

    My client are a leading enterprise-level company with offices across the globe and a presence in both London and Manchester. Developers within the company work on a range of projects covering data science, Web Applications, Regulatory projects and more, all contained within the .Net stack.

    Lead Service Operations Manager – EUC – Infrastructure Support – 24/7 – Global

    Permanent, up to £115,000 plus benefits, bonus

    Leading financial services client is looking for a Lead Service Support Manager to join their team in London. You will be responsible for managing the global infrastructure support team and End User Computing (EUC) support services teams.

    The role is responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality level of support is delivered for all on-premise datacentre and cloud hosted infrastructure services. The role is also responsible for leading the 24/7 global Service Support function comprising of the offshore Helpdesk managed service, Desktop support teams and IT Administrative support staff located the UK, US and Asia offices.

    Skills and experience required:

    • Strong experience managing infrastructure and desktop support teams, across multiple geographical locations.
    • Strong technical understanding of supporting and delivering key infrastructure services including enterprise Windows and Linux server environments, virtual infrastructure, cloud infrastructure (AWS, O365), VDI, enterprise messaging environments, document management systems, enterprise backup systems, enterprise monitoring, enterprise anti-virus solutions, enterprise system management tools, Unified Communications and storage.
    • Ability to plan, resource and direct the execution of technical changes without unexpected disruption to the service.
    • Strong experience of planning and conducting disaster recovery failovers of IT systems.
    • Strong experience of providing cross training on technologies and operational processes.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with others to drive forward the key objectives of the team and the wider corporate goals.
    • Strong documentation and report writing skills (to both technical and business audiences).
    • Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change and Request processes).
    • Strong vendor management experience for providing managed support services (storage support, Helpdesk)
    • Solid understanding of monitoring and managing key service KPIs/SLAs and delivering a world class end user service
    • Experience of working within regulated / financial services environments essential

  • Agile test manager

    Agile Test manager required for a contract with a national logistics company. You will have previous experience running teams while implementing enterprise level Agile methodologies into all aspects of testing. To be successful in this role you will have most of the following:

    • Test Manager with previous enterprise level agile experience
    • Involved in implementing agile test strategy
    • Previous experience implementing large scale agile is essential
    • Experience on large scale, high complex and high priority programmes with lots of scrutiny from senior management
    • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholder groups, tailoring test reporting to meet the needs of various stakeholders


    This role is inside IR35, initially fully remote moving to some office based work when safe to do so.
