HRIS Specialist

I am seeking a HRIS specialist to work on a 6 month contract for my client who is an investment bank. This person will be responsible for the support on all the HR management systems including primarily PeopleSoft. The role will be responsible for all HRIS queries, managing core reporting requirements and interfacing with HR function to ensure utilisation of all HR systems are optimised

Core responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the HRIS team inbox responding to all business queries
  • Producing reports and HR Analytics as and when requested by the business
  • Monitoring the PeopleSoft automated tasks and resolving any interface issues
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues

This is a fantastic opportunity for and HRIS expert to hit the floor running and support the business in this interim opportunity. You will have worked within a similar role previously and have the following experience:

  • Previous experience of working within a HRIS environment or team is essential preferably within investment banking or financial services
  • Must have at the minimum 2 years' experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 HR in a support or functional development capacity
  • Experience with Payroll systems
  • Experience in system upgrades and the implementation of a new module
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Candidates must have:

    • Experience developing capability frameworks for a variety of organisations.
    • Background within Top 4 Consultancies and driving change with internal clients.
