I have an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join my client, who is a professional services body, to work within their Learning & Development function as an L&D Partner, responsible for the design, development, and implementation of their blended learning programmes. This role will encompass working across all aspects of L&D and will require you to work in collaboration with the wider L&D and HR partners.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Influencing senior leaders to ensure that blended learning solutions are developed to a standard that will drive service performance
  • Align the organisations learning leads within its groups, to ensure that learning is shared across the service
  • Designing learning materials that reflect the 70:20:10 approach to learning
  • Managing a number of complex projects
  • Working in collaboration with other HR partners to ensure the successful implementation of learning projects

You will have the following experience:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience of creating engaging blended learning programmes for managers and leaders
  • Experience of working collaboratively with both internal and external subject matter experts, to ensure the creation of effective learning programmes
  • Have strong influencing skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience of using psychometric tools i.e. MBTI etc.

    Application Security Architect

    Our financial services client is looking to recruit an Application Security Architect. The ideal candidate will be from a technical background and will be an expert security developer

    Responsibilities:

    • The role will focus on shaping and defining standards and best practice for securing a diverse environment of Java, .Net, and C application against security standards
    • Authentication: Kerberos, SAML using ADSF2 implementation and standard smartcard PKI technologies
    • Authorisation: Web federation based on CA Siteminder and LDAP repositories
    • Code Security: Fortify Source Code Analysis (360) on developer’s workstations and build servers
    • The expert security developer will work in conjunction with a security project manager in the same team


    Required skills:

    • Strong technical background and security focused
    • Excellent understanding of authentication related mechanisms (Kerberos, PKI)
    • Solid practical experience of using Windows Kerberos to secure custom service endpoints in C , Java and C#
    • Experienced in C development
    • Experience of a wide range of communication technologies used in the financial enterprise, e.g. C Sockets, Java

    Regulatory Reporting Developer – SQL Server

    Our client, a private banking group is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Developer to join the team based in the London.

    Main duties and purpose of the role:

    • Be a central point of expertise and consultation on technical aspects of the regulatory reporting platform
    • Ensuring development aligns to agreed standards and is of a high quality
    • Evaluating and adopting new techniques to advance the platform
    • Working with product and operations teams to streamline processes
    • Development across each component of the reporting platform
    • Aiding planning sessions and prioritisation to facilitate agile delivery of features
    • Day to day support of the platform to help diagnose and fix production issues

    Preferred experiences:

    • Experience working in financial services/regulated environments
    • Experience building and supporting data solutions with Microsoft technology
    • SQL – Server 2008R2 to 2016 with solid T-SQL
    • Excel 2010 – 2016
