My client, a multinational construction company is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator. The role reports into the Head of Learning and Development and will have the responsibility to implement the new learning management system. They are seeking a high impact learning specialist who can work in conjunction with the HR Business Partners and various business heads to drive a high performing culture through learning interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and design and develop the learning and development strategy across the Group
  • Support on talent management initiatives working with the HR Business Partners to map talent and drive succession planning
  • Design and implement leadership development and management development frameworks
  • Develop training evaluation methods to show ROI
  • Work with third party providers to deliver training requirements and effectively manage the training budget
  • Implement the LMS
  • Managing a number of complex projects
  • Working in collaboration with other HR partners to ensure the successful implementation of learning projects

You will be an experienced learning & development professional. You will have excellent communication skills with a strong coaching style and ability to engage and drive performance. Ideally you should have experience managing a team
