I am seeking highly commercial Learning & Development Business Partner to develop and deliver the learning strategy within a forward thinking function. Learning has undergone a huge transformation as they seek to make the function more agile and fit for purpose seeking to embed truly blended innovative learning. They are seeking a high impact learning professional who can work in conjunction the various business heads to drive a high performing culture through learning interventions working with a very senior client population.


  • Conduct training needs analysis and design and develop the learning and development strategy across the line of business
  • Deliver blended learning solutions and curriculum to drive excellence that are fit for purpose globally
  • Support talent management initiatives through learning interventions
  • Facilitate internal development workshops
  • Develop training evaluation methods to show ROI
  • Manage responsibility learning interventions engaging with third parties and the broader team to ensure the curriculum is best in class

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:

  • An experienced learning & development professional who has excellent relationship management skills with high level credibility and knowledge of learning interventions.
  • Have demonstrable experience in working with your aligned business function to deliver blended learning interventions at all levels within an organisation.
  • Have excellent communication skills with a strong coaching style and ability to engage and drive performance.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and resilience to working within a changing environment will be key to success

    Our client is large FTSE100 equivalent business who are hiring a Japanese Content Producer / Community Manager to join the team.

    You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a content strategy and working closely with global colleagues. This position will focus on the Japanese market and require the postholder to work local hours remotely or from the London office 2am – 11am UK time.

    The postholder will ideally have experience managing social media accounts for a corporate organisation including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Broad Marketing experience also considered and desirable.

You will be responsible for carrying out various learning, career development and talent management strategies, policies, procedures and programs. This role will also be actively involved in Talent Management initiatives for both graduates and experienced employees.

Talent management:

  • Deliver, administer and evaluate talent programs
  • Review and assess talent for promotion
  • Develop tools for assessing emerging talent
  • Manage the management development programs
  • Manage the Graduate Talent Programs

Learning & Development:

  • Design and review all in-house training programs
  • Research and carry out training needs analysis
  • Manage and develop external relations with suppliers
  • Ensure all learning materials are fit for purpose
  • Manage all learning related communications


  • Experience managing Talent development programs for both graduate and experienced employees
