I have an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join my client, who is a professional services body, to work as a Talent and Performance Manager. The ideal person will be working within a small team and will have responsibility for the implementation of their annual talent and performance cycle. This will require the individual to use their knowledge, insight, skills, and expertise to ensure that the supporting tools are the best in class as well as establishing talent pipelines.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the annual cycle for performance management and succession planning
  • Managing talent development programs to build talent pipelines
  • Keeping an up to date knowledge of current performance culture, trends, and approaches in order to be able to inform on how to drive up performance
  • Running reviews and analyses on the implementation of performance and talent approaches, to enable the improvement of processes
  • Working closely with the senior HR team
  • Supporting on the recruitment processes on both internal and external hires, as part of the development of the talent pipeline

You will have the following experience:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong talent development experience including, succession planning, talent development programs, and processes and metrics
  • Performance management experience
  • Proven project management experience within talent development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement

    My leading financial services client are looking to bring on a change capability manager to develop and maintain a framework to enhance change delivery.

    Candidates must have:

    • Experience developing capability frameworks for a variety of organisations.
    • Background within Top 4 Consultancies and driving change with internal clients.
    • Identify key areas of change capability gaps and develop effective interventions that will improve capabilities within agreed timeframes.
    • Help identify ongoing gaps within Programme/Project delivery and support the change community in improving the change delivery capability.
    • Work closely with HR and the wider change community
    • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders of the change community
