Our Client, a large Bank in London are seeking a Global Records management, control Metrics & Reporting - AVP

The Group Data Metrics, Reporting & Assurance function is responsible for defining and implementing a robust Data Quality & Records Management framework Group-wide, and for providing ongoing oversight to ensure processes and procedures are operating effectively across the Group to satisfy the requirements of Barclays' standards.

  • Execution of processes required to operate in accordance with the Global Records Management Policy and Standards
  • Managing the ORAC Risk and Control Self Assessment process for Global Records Management, in addition to any other ad hoc assessments as required
  • Ensure the required standards pertaining to Records Management are maintained on an ongoing basis
  • Provide appropriate transparency of any issues, audit points, risk events, DWBs mapped to the Data and Information Risk horizontal around Records Management
  • Production of timely and accurate Records Management metrics and artefacts for Business Unit and/or Group on an ad-hoc basis or when required, in an efficient, repeatable and consistent fashion.
  • Risk Reporting and monitoring (on definition of KRIs)
  • Build relationships and a network across the CDO teams and related groups to support embedding of strong Records Management disciplines

  • Payments and Cash Management Lawyer
    £350 - £500 per day

    Senior Legal Counsel, Global Liquidity and Cash Management– 6-month contract

    Our client, a tier 1 global banking group, is looking for a Payments and Cash Management Lawyer looking at digital payments and ecommerce. They position will be Senior Legal Counsel within their (GLCM) area. It is a 6-month contract position offering £350 - £500 per day. The role is based in London.

    Responsibilities

    • The role will focus on contractual matters surrounding liquidity and cash management and you will be required to undertake negotiations
    • Collaboration with GLCM’s documentation and sales team will also be required
    • You will provide legal advice, support and legal risk management to payments and cash management eChannels area within the organisation

    Skills and experience

    • Qualified lawyer
    • Experience within financial services law, particularly banking
    • Advantageous to have compliance and corporate experience however not necessary
    • Specialist and detailed knowledge and experience in corporate trust and fiduciary risk
    • Strong leadership, management and communication skills

    McGregor Boyall are representing our client, a principal player in the outsourcing market. We are on the hunt for an ambitious SQL experienced analyst to join a small MI team. This role will join the team on a journey of change, redesigning databases and ETL processes and implementing new applications and therefore you must be passionate and up for a challenge!

    You will play a key part in shaping the MI and BI, therefore giving the opportunity to make an impact on a growing department and business.

    • Minimum of 2 years commercial experience using SQL Server 2012 or above
    • Strong experience using T-SQL for BI and reporting
    • Strong SSRS and SSIS skills
    • Experience of designing database solutions from the ground up including data modelling
    • Experience of developing and supporting complex ETL procedures
