I am currently looking for a HRIS Systems Support Analyst (Payroll/ Peoplesoft) to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.
Managing the triage of the HRIS team inbox
The production of standard reports and the definition of requirements for complex reports to be produced by ITO;
Monitoring the regular PeopleSoft automated tasks and the resolution of any interfacing issues;
Providing clear documentation for all processes and tasks;
Raising all appropriate issues in JIRA and manage their resolution with ITO;
Writing and executing UAT scripts in coordination with ITO as well as Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in a HR environment or HRIS team is essential.
At least 2 years proven experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 HR in a support or functional or development capacity
Proven experience and exposure with Payroll systems and Interface in a functional or development capacity.
Proven experience in system upgrades and new module implementations.
Robust understanding of business process and technology in order to provide business support to end users.
Experience of PeopleSoft Query and exposure to SQL are essential.
