A leading Bank is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their successful and growing Service Desk Team. The team is the response for making sure the overview of the infrastructure is running well.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the support of the full scope of Infrastructure. They will be involved in

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1st/2nd line support
  • Maintenance and monitoring of the infrastructure
  • Resolution of technical support incidents raised in trouble ticketing system
  • Installation of Hardware, Operating Systems and supporting software.
  • ITIL conferment process
  • Administration and operation of the operating systems used within Financial Services.
