A leading Investment Bank looking for a Service Relationship Manager/Partner to join their successful and growing II Service Management team.

As IT Service Relationship Manager you will be responsible for achieving excellence in IT Service Delivery, through managing the Service Relationship with the business and driving a service culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving excellence in IT Service Delivery
  • Increasing internal customer satisfaction
  • Manage service relationship
  • Drive service culture across the business
  • Review and define requirements for the IT Service Management team
  • Providing Service Reviews and Service Review Packs
  • Creating CSAT, Service Reviews and Service Review Packs.
