The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for the candidate side of the role while you are in training. You will be finding the best candidates in the market for our existing client base. You will be writing adverts, networking and head hunting and screening candidates over the phone and via face to face meetings. You will be shadowing your Manager on client and candidate meetings too, so you get the best live training possible.

Typically you can expect your day to include;

  • HRIS Global Lead - Workday

    I am seeking an HRIS Lead with extensive Workday experience to join a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management of all HR Systems predominantly around Workday. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders and Workday to optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.
    Core Responsibilities:

    • Partner with HR, IT, and Business project sponsors to bring definition to HRIS Projects; create project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements and timelines.
    • Develop project plans in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders to execute strategic HR initiatives, distribute work among team members, set expectations, and relentlessly drive to deliver projects with excellence, on time and on budget.
    • Ensure effective interaction with HR specialty functions, finance/payroll and information technology based on assigned responsibilities. Assist in prioritizing and delivering on overall Global HR Solutions work activities.
    • Facilitate problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes tied to business results
    • Configure, enhance, and support various Workday modules including payroll, absence tracking and time tracking.
    • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
    • Lead continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data integrity.
    • Maintain and administer Workday security groups, foundational tables, and all Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
    • Model and ensure excellent communication across all stakeholder groups. Collaborate with members of the Global HR solutions management team to help ensure completeness of overall service delivery.



    Experience required:

    • Extensive expertise in managing Workday in a global environment including direct responsibility for integrations, reporting and analytics.
    • Extensive experience of managing enterprise HR Management Systems
    • Workday Partner or Customer Pro certifications advantageous, including Integrations, Studio, Security Reporting & Analytics
    • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
    • Demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools, and best practices
    • Exceptional people skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.

    £452 - £488 per day

    My client a consultancy in Belgium, are seeking a Project Manager to work on a large customer experience CX project. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing CX work-stream activity as well as ensuring the implementation of deliverables. This Project manager will work with cross functional teams to align the key customer experience initiatives.
