If successful, you will be part of our 2019 Graduate Training Scheme, where you will receive full 360 training including modules around headhunting, account management and business development, candidate management, interviewing techniques and objection handling. This is coupled with 1 on 1 sessions with sector specialists. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to progress through the ranks at speed, as you will be given the opportunity to progress to Consultant within 6 to 9 months.

    Responsibilities

    You will develop components that connect to electronic trading venues such as brokers and exchanges, including components that integrate with pre-trade risk checking systems.

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you will have to demonstrate the following:

    • Expert level C++, Linux programming experience.
    • Deep understanding of concurrent, multi-threaded application environments.
    • Understand the mechanics of trading at least one asset class (equities, futures, FX etc.)
    • Experience in API and low latency development.
    • Knowledge of Refinitiv, Bloomberg, direct feeds platforms and basic networking/connectivity skills.

    The postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy across the group which has various business lines including Banking & Asset Management. Growing the digital offering, you will source content by interviewing and networking across the business at all levels including C suite and deliver through various platforms internally and externally. The business is migrating to Episerver so experience with this software along with social media Management tools – Hootsuite or others desired. You will also be expected to develop relationships with wider digital and marketing functions, supporting where required on various projects.
