A leading healthcare company seeks Legal Counsel to join their organisation. They are looking for someone to deliver legal guidance with respect to Employment Law. This can include subjects like new joining formalities, remuneration, the promotion and movement of employees, organisation restructuring, voluntary exits and litigation

To undertake this position you will be expected to be a qualified lawyer (PQE) with a proven Employment Law background, ideally you would have operated in this space for multi-national businesses.

Day to day, you will be expected to -

  • Provide support and advice with respect to legal issues across the business
  • General Counsel to implement legal strategy
  • Deliver business focused legal consulting and support on commercial and government transactions

  • Manual Test Analyst (ETL/Cloud)- FTSE 250 - London -Contct/Perm

    I am currently on the lookout for a Manual Test Analyst (Cloud/ ETL) to join a FTSE 250 organisation based in London. The role will be a contract/ perm role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review Test documentation
    • Analyze new or changed functionality in order to create test plans, test cases and test scripts that can be carried out to agreed standards within a specified timeframe
    • Develop an understanding of the test environments and identify environment and data requirements before testing begins
    • Establish quality assurance procedures for the business’s software through the development lifecycle.
    • Perform manual testing on the business’s various software solutions including web apps, desktop apps, APIs, windows services and mobile apps.
    • Create and execute end-to-end test plans and cases.
    • Creating and maintaining full documentation of the testing processes.
    • Create and execute test scripts that determine optimal application performance according to the business’s requirements
    • Record and execute all test scripts in Quality Centre

    Key Skills/ Experience

    • Experienced Manual Test Analyst
    • Strong cloud experience (GCP, Azure, AWS)
    • Strong experience with ETL
    • Experience working within large teams
    • SIT/ UAT testing experience
    • Experience performing a variety of testing techniques
    • ISEB certified
    • Quality Centre/ JIRA experience
    • Possess strong investigative and analytical qualities

    Contract/ Permanent

    Location- London

    Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

    Day Rate - £250 - 350 p/d (inside of IR35)

    McGregor Boyall has partnered with a globally renowned Investment Manager, they are seeking a Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) to help lead the development of a new and bespoke Front Office trading platform which needs to be built from scratch.

    As a Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) you will be responsible for helping the development of a number of key architectural projects. You will be involved in re-developing a large scale trading application into a number smaller scale web applications that can be more easily managed and improved.

    You will be assisting in all aspects of the development lifecycle in including architecture, design, development and integration of the solutions in a continuous delivery model within an Agile environment where creativity and technical innovation is encouraged.

    For the role of Java Developer (Java, AWS, SQL) you will need the following skills:

    • 3 years experience of Java programming
    • Experience of cloud technologies like AWS
    • Working in a highly agile, test driven environment using continuous integration
