A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Communications professional to join the growing Employee Communications team at our client, a well-known global financial services organisation

You will act in a business partner capacity, working with very senior level stakeholders to develop and implement internal communications / employee communications activities;

  • Develop and own the end-to-end delivery of the communications strategies and plans
  • Develop and deliver communication approaches to help senior stakeholders engage with their audiences
  • Develop messages to bring the story to life, in alignment with the functional and company-wide narratives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of approaches and channels in achieving strategic objectives, and recommend and implement improvements

Experience required;

  • Solid current/recent experience in internal/employee communications (either in a pure internal comms role or broader comms role) gained in either a financial services organisation or a large corporate environment
  • Experience in delivering employee communications strategies
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, comfortable working with (and ideally experience of) senior level stakeholders
  • Experience working in "business partner" capacity in employee comms eg.partnering with functional areas (such as Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal etc) or partnering with business areas will be an advantage but is not essential
  • Good writing skills
