Our client a leading global wealth management organisation is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager with a background gained within large financial institute or a global corporation. You will need senior level experience in an internal communications role with excellent leadership, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

You will develop campaigns to be communicated internally following M&A, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business including c-suite.

  • Develop and implement internal communications activities for specific businesses/ change programmes
  • You will work on communications following a rebrand
  • Provide internal communications support to CEO, and various senior business leaders and across functions
  • Develop communications strategy ensuring good understanding of CEO plans
  • Own delivery of change comms projects
  • Working closely/ develop strong relationships across the business

Experience required

  • Current/ recent senior level internal communications experience gained in a large global corporate ideally within financial services
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills working with c-suite
  • Experience of developing comms strategy following rebrand/ M&A / divestment / transformation
  • Excellent strategic and project management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills

    I am currently looking for an Application Support Analyst (Fixed Income) to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    General Support Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide cover to the Live and Test trading systems, ensuring smooth running of trading system servers and services.
    • Provide technical support to the external Clients
    • Provide 2nd line support services for client services and account management teams.
    • Support external users of different interfaces (sFTP/FIX/MQ).
    • Provide networking and connectivity support.
    • Monitoring system servers and ensuring appropriate monitoring is in place.
    • Raise and track issues through the use of the helpdesk ticketing mechanism.

    Key Requirements

    Prior experience in Application/Production support required.

    Knowledge of FIX /Fixed Income products, order and trade flow and Ecommerce platforms would be beneficial.

    UNIX, SQL, XML, FIX and Scripting Language a must.

    Configuration and management of vendor or bespoke monitoring toolsets

    Ability to resolve problems and incidents across multiple technology areas

A successful pension provider based in the heart of Canary Wharf need an Internal Communications Manager to join the team on a contract basis. Due to their ongoing initiatives and change projects across the business, they require extra support within the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team. However, this role could be extended beyond the 6 months.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support, deliver and contribute to the internal communications and staff engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and improve the intranet platform, along with all other channels.
  • Support various senior stakeholders within the business to support with any change initiatives taking place, responding to their urgent requests.
  • Provide communications advice on the various channels to use to achieve the highest level of engagement, either through video content, intranet content, email or via events.
  • Contribute to regular reports for senior management on internal communications activities and progress.
  • Report to the Head of Central Communications and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to embed the company culture and values.

You will have:

  • Experience with an Internal Communications function.
  • Experience using CMS, preferably SharePoint.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience supporting and developing a range of internal communications programmes.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • The ability to use the brand tone of voice and understand how to keep employees engaged.
  • A positive and enthusiastic outlook, with the desire to get stuck in and bring creative ideas forward.
