Our client is a leading Banking organisation who are looking for a Senior Employee Communications Manager to join the team.


The post holder will have the opportunity to work directly with the CIO who has recently joined the business. You will take responsibility for developing a communications, engagement and leadership strategy to over 20,000 employees, supported by two Employee Comms Managers who report directly to this postholder.


This is a challenging and fast paced environment so its important that the successful candidate is comfortable demonstrating experience in complex businesses and able to navigate effectively. Because the business area is largely tech focused, experience from a tech firm or supporting large tech functions from another industry is essential.


To be considered:

  • Current/recent experience working in a large, complex tech business or supported a large tech function in a regulated industry
  • Developed an engagement and communications plan, business partnering with Senior tech leaders
  • Line management experience, able to include, develop and mentor team members
  • Ability to navigate through a complex business and manage multiple ongoing projects or priorities
  • Experience with senior management meetings, contributing ideas

    • Experience of working with and influencing at all levels, including the senior leadership team
    • This is a hybrid working role which may be based between home and our London HQ.

    Research and Market Data Associate - Investment Banking – 6 month contract

    This role is based within our clients Data Strategy and Services team and would be suited to a Senior Researcher with current or recent experience working within an investment banking environment.

    The suitable candidate must be able to demonstrate skills and experience providing high quality research and analysis and must have an excellent working knowledge of Dealogic for transaction screening and be proficient with the use of this to complete in depth searches, data discovery, league tables and update market reports across M&A, ECM and Fixed Income.
