Our client is a leading International FMCG brand, with a huge product range and global reputation. They are currently going through a huge transformation, with an ambitious new vision for the company moving forward. Therefore, they are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Community Management Executive to join their London Hub.

If you are passionate about external communications and social media and would like to support a multinational organisation in the digital transformation, this position would be a great fit for you!

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily monitoring of the company’s social media accounts through Sprinklr
  • Assessing inbound messages and user profiles, identifying potential influencers
  • Drafting responses with support of a pre-approved response book / other sources
  • Collaborating with different functions (Marketing, Communications, Science, HR) on response approval and response book update
  • Identifying relevant insights based on engagement performance analysis
  • To be successful you will have:
  • Professional experience in social media management, hands-on with social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
  • Experience with social media management tools, like: Sprinklr, Hootsuite
  • Previous experience in external communications / copywriting
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Fluent English (native / bilingual level) and native Serbian

Therefore, they are looking for a creative Motion Designer/Animator to create engagement assets for their social media channels to join their London Hub.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will:

  • Generate motion graphic assets that bring ideas to life for a consumer and expert audience.
  • Create animated assets and other art work for owned, social and other relevant channels.
  • Work with content creators, video and social teams to collaboratively find the best way to get information across to consumers on digital channels.
  • Support global markets with assets where needed.
  • Ensure excellence in asset design and execution.
  • Help other parts of Global Communications function to create compelling visual content.

To be successful you will have:

  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with experience producing assets for social media specifically.
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere (or experience in other editing software)
  • Strong motion graphics / 2D animation portfolio/showreel.
  • 3D experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the latest trends.
