You will be working in a brand new team that will work closely with the equities algo trading quants on the design and development of high performance trading strategies for the equities algo business. Whilst this is a development reasonable maths skills will also be required. The team are very happy to consider candidates with a strong interest in algorithmic programming who have an in depth knowledge of core Java including the internal workings of the JVM. You will also be required to demonstrate solid problem solving skills. You will be responsible for building high performance trading systems as well as working on the design and development of algo trading strategies. Any level of experience will be considered but some banking is essential.

A leading software company are looking for a Marketing & Communications Director to join the business in a newly created position.
Reporting into the CMO, the postholder will take responsibility for devising and implementing the marketing strategy and scaling the marketing function. You will have experience working for a sales driven Software Tech or Data Analytics firm planning and executing integrated campaigns, driving marketing activities to develop and maintain brand positioning, oversee a content marketing department who will execute the social media strategy and have an SEO/SEM strategy in place.
You will manage several relationships across the business with the likes of Product, HR, Finance and Senior Leadership. You will also manage the relationship between Marketing & PR agencies and be supported with a large budget to deliver the company objectives.
The postholder will have experience using marketing automation platforms, have a data driven approach to marketing and be able to provide reporting/metrics/analysis to key stakeholders.
