Global Employee Communications Manager (Risk, Financial Crime, Compliance, legal) - Financial services

BASED LONDON

c£40,000 - £50,000 bonus, bens

Our client a leading global financial services business is looking for an experienced Employee Communications Manager with a background gained in legal, risk, financial crime, compliance gained within large financial institute. You will need experience in a global employee communications role with strong experience delivering tactical and digital communications

You will develop communications to be communicated internally on a global basis,

  • Planning and delivering communications based around risk, financial crime, legal and compliance that support the global function
  • Manage internal campaigns and news
  • Create compelling content and messages using story-telling about the progress and priorities of the Global Functions, aligned to the business strategies and values
  • Deliver relevant stories to feed the local, regional and global channels
  • Brief managers with materials that inform and mobilise colleagues
  • Assist with the communication of change initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Senior Communications managers or project teams
  • collaborate with senior stakeholders and media relations colleagues on external messages to mitigate risks

Experience required

  • Current / recent global employee communications experience gained in a financial services organisation
  • Recent employee communication experience with a background gained in risk, financial crime, compliance essential
  • Digital communication experience
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills working with senior executives both regional and global
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
