SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY MANAGER – INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

BASED LONDON

£60,000-75,000+bonus,bens

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client a leading global investment management organisation in a growing area of the business

You will play a key role in managing the delivery of the product proposition strategy & the design and delivery of product initiatives and market leading, competitively differentiated and compliant products and propositions across global Institutional and Retail funds and its bundled DC Pension range.

You will need experience in a Snr Product role gained in a global organisation and strong knowledge of the asset management industry and pooled product structures.

  • Manage the definition, development and delivery of the product proposition strategy
  • Manage the design and delivery of product initiatives, ensuring within budget and to agreed timeframe
  • Ensure delivery of product developments are compliant and innovative
  • Ensure strategy meets the needs of customers but also compliance, regulation and legal
  • Proactively identify strategic changes that might be needed based on analysis of customer, industry and regulatory activity
  • Develop strong relationships / supply technical expertise to a variety of internal stakeholders

Skills

  • Experience in a product development / management role with knowledge of strategy and proposition design
  • Experience will be gained within an investment management organisation ideally with IMC or CFA
  • Experience designing strategic products
  • Prince2 would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of pooled product structures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

They require multiple React Native Developers, with experience of javascript and input to system design. They require a diverse range of talent, therefore they are considering multiple levels of experience, for a number of different projects

    The environment is typical of a fintech, with great levels of creativity and autonomy required, in order to best utilise this greenfield digital banking platform. Given the volume of their requirements for strong React Native Developers, they are relatively open on salaries and offer a very competitive benefits package.
