Research Data Analyst - Financial Sector

BASED LONDON

c£32,000 - £36,000 bonus & bens

Our client a leading financial services organisation is looking for a research data analyst to join the marketing team. You will have experience in a data analyst/ research analyst role preferably gained in financial services sector.

You will produce both research and analysis reports using primary and secondary research data, in order to help drive decision making and performance.

  • Produce insightful reports, through analysis of variety of different sources of information
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support marketing stakeholders
  • Working with key stakeholders to create research and insight reports based on secondary data
  • Integrate primary and secondary research data into thematic reports
  • Manage secondary and primary survey data for research function
  • Keeping regular summary of relevant secondary and primary research by other organisations in FS

Experience required

  • Current/ recent experience gained in a research/ data analytical role, preferably gained in the financial services sector
  • Experience in data analysis and experience of interpreting research survey data and quantitative data sets
  • Experience in writing reports and interpreting secondary research reports
  • Experience interpreting market data using multiple research sources to produce thematic reports
  • Experience using SPSS software
  • Experience of government surveys including financial resources survey is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written, presentation and numerical skills including ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data

    Therefore it is essential that all applicants have Office 365 deployment experience on a large scale for a multinational company - and preferably some Windows 10 exposure within an Agile environment. Previous Financial Services is not needed, however, knowledge of the Office 365 is essential.
