Our client a leading global financial services business is looking for an experienced External Communications Manager with a background gained within large financial institute. You will need experience in a global external communications role with PR/ media relations experience with legal, risk, financial crime, compliance

You will develop proactive communication strategy and deliver communication to change key stakeholder perceptions externally on a global basis,

  • Produce a range of written and digital content and organise external events to support business strategy
  • Use initiative and autonomy to deliver strategy objectives and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build links across the business including Media Relations, Group Public Affairs, NGO Relations and the Global Network
  • Work with key countries on risk, compliance, legal and financial crime communications plans
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
  • Work on reactive external issues

Experience required

  • Current / recent global external communications experience gained in a financial services organisation
  • Media relations/ PR experience (agency or in-house) with a background gained in risk, financial crime, compliance essential
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills working with senior executives both regional and global
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills

    New job role with a Tier one global bank based in London as a European CDD Production Support

    This role is to assist the European CDD Production Lead across a wide range of CDD topics. These topics include production, preparing MI and presentations, assisting with policy implementation and BoW planning. You will serve as an SME for the queries and questions coming from the regional Client Management teams.

    Ensure all CDD activities are managed appropriately and priorities identified. Any issues to be escalated in a timely fashion to the relevant person.

    Person Specification:

    - Strong knowledge surrounding CDD/KYC for New Business, Renewals and Remediation.

    - Broad overall understanding of the full investment banking value chain and the context within which Client Operations operate

    - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build global and regional relationships within the business.

    - Solid and broad experience of working at a senior level with large multi-project and multi-stakeholder programmes in an international investment bank.

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client a leading global financial services business in the marketing team.

    You will play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing and communications campaigns, working closely with the Nordic area of the business.

    You will be responsible for delivering and executing the marketing plan locally, in line with the Global objectives and goals.

    • Responsible for the development and management of marketing campaigns for a local audience (email, social, web etc)
    • Localise and implement EMEA/Global marketing plans and campaigns
    • Work closely with the translators and the digital marketing team to update / improve company website
    • Work on multichannel marketing campaigns collaborating with central marketing teams
    • Work on the planning and execution of further marketing activities including events, media etc.
    • Use analysis and insight to report on the success of marketing campaigns


    • Experience in a senior marketing executive role

Our client, a global Financial Services organisation, is looking for an experienced Employee Communications Manager, with experience in communications for change programmes. Your experience should come from either a large financial services organisation or a large corporate environment.

You will be responsible for managing the implementation of employee communications initiatives, which will focus on delivering communications for major change programmes on a global basis

  • Running global campaigns and projects targeted at employees to support functional strategy.
  • Working with senior leaders to help design communications plans to articulate the functions' strategies to their teams and also to the wider organisation as a whole.
  • Working closely with the Head of Communications and the leadership teams to develop high quality, effective communication activities and campaigns
  • Communicating change and streamlining initiatives
  • Providing advice and coaching to leaders on employee communications matters, including developing key messages and identifying appropriate channels.
  • Ensure robust measurement of communication activities
  • Use channels effectively to encourage two-way dialogue and global reach
  • Building strong relationships and collaboration with wider global communications team

Experienced required:

  • Current/recent experience in an employee/internal communications role gained in either a large financial services business or large corporate environment
  • Experience in managing change / programme communications is essential
  • Experience in communications via digital channels eg.intranet, webinars etc
  • Experience working in a business partner capacity ie.partnering with functional areas would be beneficial
  • Good writing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Experience in a global comms environment would be beneficial
