Our client a leading financial services business operating in the pensions space is looking for an experienced media relations professional, with experience, preferably current or recent in the UK pensions industry.

This is a key role within the communications function, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering the stakeholder and media relations strategy for the business

  • Designing and delivering media relations and campaign activity including generation content
  • Oversee co-ordinate external media and stakeholder messages to ensure they join up with wider communications strategies
  • Develop engagement strategies for key external stakeholders that support short and medium-term business objectives
  • Create co-ordinated external media communications plan
  • Take the lead on industry awards, articles and content for different channels

Experience required

  • Strong experience in media relations / PR gained in the UK financial services sector
  • Experience in the UK pensions market is essential
  • Experience of working with stakeholders including pensions industry, consumer groups and trade bodies
  • Strong communication skills including written and presentation skills

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client a leading global financial services business in the marketing team.

    You will play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing and communications campaigns, working closely with the Nordic area of the business.

    You will be responsible for delivering and executing the marketing plan locally, in line with the Global objectives and goals.

    • Responsible for the development and management of marketing campaigns for a local audience (email, social, web etc)
    • Localise and implement EMEA/Global marketing plans and campaigns
    • Work closely with the translators and the digital marketing team to update / improve company website
    • Work on multichannel marketing campaigns collaborating with central marketing teams
    • Work on the planning and execution of further marketing activities including events, media etc.
    • Use analysis and insight to report on the success of marketing campaigns

    Skills

    • Experience in a senior marketing executive role
    • Experience will have been gained within financial services
    • Experience working in an international environment ideally
    • Experience in content marketing desirable
    • Strong spoken and written English along with at least one Nordic language essential

This will be on a project of strategic importance, this resource will develop the Pega Caseworking tool.

    • SC Clearance is ESSENTIAL
    • Hands on experience of PRPC case working
    • Experience in Integration with JSSON REST highly desirable
    • Strong UX design highly desirable
    • Creating and modifying the Pega rules Rule Sets in the creation of activities, flows (of a given USE CASE) and UI design.
    • Integrations, designing Flows, Activities, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules, Declarative rules and Reports.
    • Performance tools like PAL, Profiler, DB Tracer to measure the performance of PRPC applications.
    • Highly useful/desirable primary experience of at least one of the following Development toolsets/frameworks primarily C#, .Net, ASP.Net, SQL, Javascript, AngularJS, TypeScript

Our client, a global Financial Services organisation, is looking for an experienced Employee Communications Manager, with experience in communications for change programmes. Your experience should come from either a large financial services organisation or a large corporate environment.

You will be responsible for managing the implementation of employee communications initiatives, which will focus on delivering communications for major change programmes on a global basis

  • Running global campaigns and projects targeted at employees to support functional strategy.
  • Working with senior leaders to help design communications plans to articulate the functions' strategies to their teams and also to the wider organisation as a whole.
  • Working closely with the Head of Communications and the leadership teams to develop high quality, effective communication activities and campaigns
  • Communicating change and streamlining initiatives
  • Providing advice and coaching to leaders on employee communications matters, including developing key messages and identifying appropriate channels.
  • Ensure robust measurement of communication activities
  • Use channels effectively to encourage two-way dialogue and global reach
  • Building strong relationships and collaboration with wider global communications team

Experienced required:

  • Current/recent experience in an employee/internal communications role gained in either a large financial services business or large corporate environment
  • Experience in managing change / programme communications is essential
  • Experience in communications via digital channels eg.intranet, webinars etc
  • Experience working in a business partner capacity ie.partnering with functional areas would be beneficial
  • Good writing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Experience in a global comms environment would be beneficial
