UX/ Visual Designer (Brand) - TECHNOLOGY

BASED LONDON

c£50,000-70,000(base salary will be dependent on experience) bonus, bens

Our client a well-known, global business, with a focus on technology, is looking for an experienced UX/ Visual Designer with experience in developing design for company brand initiatives to play a key role in leading the design /implementation of internal and external marketing/design & brand initiatives.

You will need experience in a UX/ visual design role with experience of either working within an innovative technology organisation or alternatively working within the technology function of a global corporate organisation.

  • You will deliver visual design/UX to develop creative designs for internal & external audiences
  • Use design to actively assist in defining and communicating brand vision
  • Create design using channels such as video, graphics and written and graphical content aimed at strengthening brand strategy and value proposition
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Craft presentations using visual design to effectively communicate key messages
  • Work closely with Media Relations, Brand and Content Strategy, Human Capital Management Marketing, Recruiting, Content Ambassadors and others to develop innovative visual content to raise the brand profile of the organisation
  • This role will focus on EMEA but is likely to have a global remit too and will work closely with senior stakeholders in the business.

Experience required

  • Strong experience in visual design for digital experience and/ or UX design role
  • Design experience should ideally come from working within an innovative technology organisation or alternatively working closely with the technology function of a major corporate
  • Experience working with senior management and stakeholders
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in visual communications and graphic design preferred but not essential
  • Experience with data visualisation a plus
  • Passion for design and story-telling with the ability to quickly produce innovative design to be communicated both internally and externally
