A leading IT Services company is seeking a Global Head of Service Applications to support the Global CIO in building a new consolidated global IT team serving operations across four continents.

The role will be based out of the London office. However, you will only be expected to be in the office a maximum of 3 days per week. The rest of the time you can work remotely.

As this is a Global Head of Service Applications position you will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis –

  • Collaborate with senior executives to identify and prioritise IT needs across the business

  • Design, develop, integrate, test and support solutions to meet agreed scope

  • Establish DevOps frameworks and organisation structures when required
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects
  • Collaborate with programme management office

  • Experience of working in a Head of Applications capacity

  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile IT development and delivery methodologies
  • Experience working with one of the following technologies - ServiceNow, Nexthink, Manage Engine, Field/Work Force Request

  • Technical background in 3GL and 4GL technologies
  • Experience of working with Cloud Provisioning applications such as Azure, AWS, VMware

    One of the largest consumer health and pharmaceutical companies is looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to drive the business through effective engagement and conversion of shoppers at the point of purchase.

    The role collaborates closely with Product Managers and external partners to ensure the brand delivers on the company’s customer interaction excellence ambitions and sales targets. The role is also integrally involved in company-wide initiatives to improve standards of digital marketing activities across the key medical brands.

    The Shopper Marketing Manager is part of a wider team of 7 team members. Their overall responsibility is to:

    • Deliver shopper executions which reflect the shopper’s needs and are strategically tailored across the path to purchase.
    • Develop and translate customer and shopper insights into creative impactful activation to be implemented across channels.
    • Jointly build UK customer / channel specific Shopper Marketing plans to deliver category / brand solutions and deliver against the UK National Activity Plan.
    • Develop and translate customer and shopper insights into differentiated co-marketing opportunities with specific UK customers / channels.

    Experience Required:

    • Experience in in-store communications and trade/retail marketing required.
    • Strong stakeholder management including external agencies.
    • Experience working with high-street and grocery retailers required.
    • Experience working with Medical Affairs (PAGB), and Regulatory teams preferred.
    • Commerciality, innovation, creativity, project management and a passion and flair for retail execution.

  • Regulatory Reporting Analyst
    £40000 - £45000 per annum

    My Client, a large Brokerage in London are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, who will look at all the regulatory reporting requirements that will impact on the firm as a whole.

    The candidate will play a key part in leveraging their knowledge of regulations, Financial Markets and Instruments, with the key drivers to independently identify and resolve any regulatory reporting issues.

    The ideal candidate must have:

    • Regulatory Reporting Analysis experience.
    • Must have worked within Operations
    • Strong MiFID 2 transaction reporting experience
    • RTS 23 Instrument reporting experience
    • DTCC experience
    • Trade Reporting experience - Trade Echo experience (Advantageous)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder management experience.

  • Network Engineer

    Network Operations Engineer - Juniper - OSPF & BGP - (Corvil / SevOne / SMARTS)

    PAYE Date rate contract - up to £675/day

    Network Operations Engineer required to join a global financial services client in the City. Primary responsibilities include the support, maintenance and optimisation of business critical services for the bank, technologies include Cisco (inc. Nexus platforms), Juniper, F5, Bluecoat, Corvil and Netscout.

    Skills and experience required:

    • CCNP (or equivalent knowledge)
    • Strong network operations (2nd/3rd line complex troubleshooting) and deployment (project) experience for an enterprise/financial environment.
    • Routing, switching, multicast, network security and network management on a Cisco IOS/NX-OS infrastructure
    • Cisco LAN architectures including working with Cisco Nexus platforms
    • Knowledge of WAN architectures
    • Extensive knowledge of OSPF & BGP
    • Network Security (Juniper & Fortinet) - Firewall administration
    • Configuring and managing Bluecoat proxy platforms
    • F5 load balancer configuration & troubleshooting
    • Wireless technologies including controllers and Access Points
    • Good working knowledge of Corvil deployments and dashboard configurations
    • Experience of using protocol analysers & decoding skills (Wireshark interpretation)
    • Network monitoring tools and techniques (SevOne, Corvil, NetScout, SMARTS)
    • Investment Banking/Financial Services experience
    • A knowledge of the key Market Data Services (Bloomberg, Reuters etc.) - desirable
