Junior digital analyst
We’re looking for a junior digital analyst to join our growing digital team – to support us with analysis and insights on our digital performance.
Reporting to our Digital Analytics & Insight Lead, you will work closely with the digital and wider marketing team to drive changes to our website and campaigns that improve our customer experience and business performance.
The role will suit someone who wants to make an impact and grow their digital analytics skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving our reporting repertoire and help ensure that the accuracy of data and reports are at the highest quality of standards.
  • Providing insight into our website performance, customer behaviour and campaign performance across areas like SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email & Content Marketing etc.
  • Supporting the wider marketing team on scoping and executing analysis and reporting.
  • Assist our digital analytics lead with our tagging and tracking


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A curiosity and love for digging into data and sharing actionable insights
  • An understanding of websites, HTML and JavaScript and a desire to grow these technical skills to help manage our tagging implementation
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience in a digital/online marketing team
  • Experience of SaaS would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good maths skills
  • Keen attention to detail

    Equities Algo Java Developer; up to £120k

    • Core Java - including low level programming (threading, sockets, low latency etc)
    • Cash equities (big plus, however, not a must have)
    • Algo development - experience writing execution strategies

    Tasks required for the Equities Algo Java Developer; up to £120k role:

    You will be working in a brand new team that will work closely with the equities algo trading quants on the design and development of high performance trading strategies for the equities algo business. Whilst this is a development reasonable maths skills will also be required. The team are very happy to consider candidates with a strong interest in algorithmic programming who have an in depth knowledge of core Java including the internal workings of the JVM. You will also be required to demonstrate solid problem solving skills. You will be responsible for building high performance trading systems as well as working on the design and development of algo trading strategies. Any level of experience will be considered but some banking is essential.
